I am currently studying in Kristu Jayanti Bangalore,Can i change my college to Kerala or MG University after completing 1st year?

Sankalp Agrawal 28th Oct, 2025

Hello,

Yes, you can transfer to a college under MG University or Kerala University after completing your 1st year at Kristu Jayanti College, but it depends on seat availability and university migration rules. You’ll need a migration certificate, NOC from the current college, and approval from the new university. However, such transfers are not very common and subject to university discretion.

Hope you understand.

Is JNU or Delhi university good for doing MPH?

Jishan Mondal 28th Oct, 2025

Hello, Yes, JNU is an excellent and well-regarded choice for an MPH. Its Centre of Social Medicine and Community Health (CSMCH) offers a 2-year Master of Public Health program known for its strong academic rigor. The program focuses heavily on the social sciences, research methodology, community health, and health policy. Admission is competitive, based on the CUET-PG exam and a personal interview.

Regarding Delhi University (DU), it does not have a well-known, central MPH program like JNU's. While the "Delhi School of Public Health" exists under its Institution of Eminence (IoE) initiative, its programs are still developing. You might find MPH programs at other state universities in Delhi, like Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University (AUD) or DPSRU, but these are separate from DU.

Therefore, if choosing between the two, JNU is the clear and established option for a research and policy-focused MPH.

i joined a college this year and discontinued the course after a month due to language barrier the college gave back my orginal documents like marksheets ,conduct certificate except the school tc and they gave me a college tc instead my university registration was not done in the previous college as i discontinued before the university registration. can i apply for TNEA counselling next year using my college tc and other documents or will i need my school tc

Amisha Soni 31st Oct, 2025

Hello dear candidate,

According to your situation you can apply for TNEA next year as your admission was not registered in the university.

But you will need your school TC, the college one will not work . you need to ask your previous college to return your school TC, or if they do not have it get a duplicate TC from your school.

Thank you.

Palak Gahlot 26th Oct, 2025

Hello,

A small ink stain on the border of your marksheet, while all crucial details like name, register number, marks, signature, barcode, and university logo remain legible, generally does not cause rejection during UPSC CSE document verification. To be safe, keep the original marksheet intact, make clear photocopies, and if possible, obtain a note from the issuing board confirming authenticity. Alternatively, a notarised affidavit explaining the accidental stain can help. Carry all supporting documents to ensure smooth verification.

I hope you find this helpful!!!

Thank you

HI , I AM IN A PROBLEM WHILE FILLING MY ICAR PREFERNCE LIST I KEPT SHER E KASHMIR AS MY FIRST PREFERNCE AND NAVASRI AGRICLTURE UNIVERSITY AS MY SECOND PREFERNCE . BUT NOW AFTER TALKING WITH MY PARENTS AND RESEARCHING I NO LONGER WANT MY FIRSTPREFFERED COLLEGE RATHER I WANT MY SECOND PREFERRED CHOICE

Aadesh Sharma 26th Oct, 2025

There is no way the preference list can be edited after the choice locking has been done. Only thing that could happen in your favour is that you do not get the first choice and automatically move to the second. Otherwise you may have to move to upgradation and edit your choices and see if you get the choice in 2nd turn.
