Hello Akhileshwar,
Generally, central universities do not allow simultaneous admission to both MSc and B.Ed courses in the same academic year.
You usually need to complete one course before enrolling in the other. However, specific rules may vary by university, so it’s best to check the admission guidelines of the particular central university you are interested in.
With 84.26 percentile in JEE Mains, EWS category, and 981 marks in 12th, it is unlikely to get admission in Dhirubhai Ambani University (DAIICT) because their cutoff ranks are much lower. Your rank 33,701 is higher than their usual closing ranks. You can try other colleges with lower cutoffs or consider improving your score next time. Also, look for diploma to degree programs if interested. Keep exploring different options for the best chance.
Hey Aaryan !
If you paid Rs. 5 lakh as a refundable security deposit during NEET UG counselling for a deemed university and are now paying college fees under the Post Matric Scholarship (PMS) for SC category students, the Rs. 5 lakh deposit cannot be refunded or adjusted against your tuition fees.
According to the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), the refundable security deposit is only refunded if you do not get a seat after all rounds of counselling. If you have got a seat and joined the college, the deposit is adjusted against the first-year tuition fees. This happens regardless of any scholarships you receive.
So, the Rs. 5 lakh deposit will not be refunded or adjusted with your PMS scholarship.
Hope it helps !
