UGC NET eligibility criteria is given below :-

In case if your post graduation subject is not given in the list , then you can choose the relevant subject from the list as per your preference . Yes. You are eligible for both UGC net and PhD in environmental science. The pre requisite for both of these is MSc in environmental science or related field. So you are very much eligible.

You are completed your graduation in zoology, botany and chemistry subject..that means you are pursuing mainly biology. Then you want to take study in MSc in zoology. Which is good. And yes, you can pursue the UGC NET examination. Which is mainly specific for PhD. You can apply this examination.
