Hello aspirant
At the time of registration you should attach the undertaking but leave it if you didn't.
It won't create any trouble as during the time of verification simply attach you obc non creamy layer certificate. Might they will ask by their self also about the certificate by giving you some time. They will ask for the undertaking but then you just tell them that now I'm having the certificate just see it.
Then after that no problem.
Hope this helps!
Thanks!
Hello
NET is not conducted to get admission in masters program (like GATE) but it is an exam which you can give while you are persuing your masters or have already completed it. NET is given to be eligible for research (PhD ) after which you can be appointed as a researcher or a lecturer.

Hello Aspirant,
The EWS certificate is required only when you apply for a teaching or research post. During the appointment , they will verify the documents and that is when you will need your EWS certificate. The validity of the EWS certificate is decided by the designated authority of the states and in general the validity is till one year from the date of issue. So having written the exam as an EWS candidate , if you have a valid EWS certificate based on the current income and asset details , then you have no reason to worry.
