The actual salary for UGC NET qualified candidates depends upon whether they are going for a Private Institutes or Government Institutes.
If we talk about Private Institutes , the salary range varies from 35,000–60,000 per month and depending upon the experience backed by the Doctoral Degree your salary would vary.
Now, coming to the Government Institutes . if you have cleared UGC NET exam and even if you do not have your Doctoral Degree, the Salary starts for an Assistant Professor at 70,000 per month . The pay band is between 70,000–1,20,000.
So, as you go on doing your Ph.D. and you develop relevant kind of experience, the pay goes on increasing.
So, in your case, the answer will depend upon which kind of Institute you opt for, Government or Private.
I Hope this Helps!!
