see ugc net exam conducts for various discipline and you need to satisfy the eligibility criteria to apply for the exam, the candidates must have passed the master degree course or in final year are eligible to apply. however llb degree does not comes under post graduate, you need to complete master of law to become eligible for ugc net exam.

You haven't mentioned your Category.But going by the formula 100-92.72*869010/100 where 92.72 is your percentile and 869010 is the no.of Candidates who appeared for January session, your approximate rank is 63263.  Here is the table of 2019 cut offs for Electrrical branch at NIT Srinagar.

Going by previous years data, and your All India Rank, you might have a decent chance if you belong to General Category. Having said that, cut offs change every year. So if you want to appear for July session, that might be a good idea.

If you qualified the ugc net exam you can apply for the post of assistant professor. According to 7th pay commission the the salary of assistant professors lie in Band Pay  of INR 37400 to INR 67,000

• General category: PAPER-1: 40 marks out of 100 marks, PAPER-2: 40 marks out of 200 marks
• SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PWD/Transgender: PAPER-2: 35 marks out of 100 marks, PAPER-2: 35 marks out of 200 marks

Jyoti, your question isnt quite clear. Does your EWS Certificate validity starts from March 2020? In such case, yes you can use the same certificate and can claim EWS reservation for UGC NET June Session. But if your EWS Certificate expires bt March 2020, to be able to claim EWS reservation, you should get it renewed. You cannot use this certificate for June session as it has already expired.

According to ugc net information brochure

"Candidates are advised to appear in the subject of their Post Graduation only. The candidates, whose Post Graduation subject is not covered in the list of NET subjects attached as Annexure-IV, may appear in a related subject."

So if you found masters in nutritional science related with social medicine and community health you can apply for it in Ugc net exam.

Usually the students having masters in nutritional sciences apply for home science in ugc net.
