First of all congratulations for qualifying the UGC NET JRF  exam. If you have applied through EWS category then for the qualifying certificate you are required to give the EWS certificate. JRF stipend is provided only  after you enroll for the Ph.D course.

see ews criteria is newly introduced and in most of the states it is issued by state government only. so there is less chances for cancelling of your application. however it will be better if you leave an email to concerned exam authority relating your discussion   of ews certificate
