it is not mentiond by the college on how much seat is left after the first round counselling . so you can't find it online. you can visit the college and can ask some officials ,but i think you will not get much to know . yes the cutoff will surely fall in second round and further ones .checkout this

Hi Aspirant. You have not mentioned your category. But if I assume it to be general category. Seeing your marks, I am sorry but your marks has not kept you in a safe zone. Hence, you have a very less chance of securing a seat this year if you are from general category.

Hello Aspirant, You can take admission in Andhra University on the basis of Entrance Exam. If you want to take admission directly then you have to contact the college Or you have to physically reach there.

Since your counselling for M.Com in allahabad university is on 19th and your EWS certificate is under process. This wil not be a huge problem unless the staff is very unhelpful and strict. However, I do not think it would cause an issue and you should be able to submit it later on.
