Hi, yes you can admission in DU. I'll down some colleges where you are likely to get admission based on previous year's cut offs.

Upto present date,no college of DU offers a course of B.Sc in biotechnology . But you can pursue thr same course from Delhi institute of pharmaceutical sciences and B.tech in biotechnnology from DTU(Delhi technological university). They have the equivalent recognition as DU

As for 2019, Delhi University is not going to conduct any entrance exam for B.Sc Honours in Zoology and the admission will be merit-based. It will be based on score of Physics, Chemistry & Biology/Biotechnology and passing in one compulsory language i.e. English with 50% marks
As you are changing your stream from science to arts some colleges in DU deduct few percentage upto 5% and on an average 2.5% so if we deduct 2.5% from your percentage it become 86.5.
so as per last year cut-off general category you could get

When a college is allotted you through any round of counseling you have to report to that college within 3 days of allotment. You have to reach the college with all the documents' original copy. Though some college might give you some concession with some other documents, however
The percentage for admission in different colleges is different. To get in the top colleges you need an aggregate of 95% and above. However, to get admission in any college you should have at least 90% for general category. Reserved categories have a lower cut-off. To have a better idea
