There is not possibility to do both the courses at a time in different colleges. You can do one after the other. No such availability or chance is there. Attendance would be a problem same student can't be in two places at a time for the same period.

For B.com you need to include:

1. Hindi/English

2. Any three best subjects out of Mathematics, Accountancy, Business Studies/Commerce, Economics

If you include Punjabi, instead of accounts, then a disadvantage of 2.5% will be imposed on the best of four you have calculated.
