Hi, the cut offs in DU from course to course and college to college. Not all the courses reach the cut off round 90%. The courses are in high demand usually have high cutoffs and rarely reach around 95%. So i would suggest visiting DU website and check last year's cut offs for the course and college you prefer. Or you can mention them here. We'll try our best to provide you with detailed information.

You can go through the above link to get an idea of the cut off in University of Delhi.
Since you had physics, chemistry, biology and biotechnology, you can apply for various Bachelors of Science courses in Botany, Zoology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, etc.
If you want to switch your area of study to arts courses, around 2.5% will be deducted. So, 89% will be considered for clearing cutoffs.
It is difficult for you to secure admission in North campus. You can try south campus and off-campus colleges.
