you have chances of getting in some if the north campus colleges and top colleges with this percentage. Some of them are- daulat ram college, inderprastha college for women, gargi college, Delhi college of arts and commerce, etc.

The cutoffs for colleges affiliated to Delhi University have high cutoffs. For B.Sc., the cutoff for ST candidates is usually above 70%. Hence, you will not be able to get admission in any Delhi University college.
