The online registration for B.Com course for Delhi University,2019 will start on 1st May,2019.
After the registration is complete,candidates can login and complete the application form for the admission,B.Com 2019.
To login,the candidates shall have to enter the username and password created during registration for the course.

You can never get a correct result after adding elective subject in your case if it is Hindi as the result will be incorrect if you want to get the correct you have to add subjects other than elective paper.

About asking for 4 best subjects marks, they are asking you to give marks of main subjdcts with best marks of your choosen subject in 12th i.e. you should give your best marks from hindi or english in which you have scored maximum.
