Could I add both core subject (english)and elective subject I.e : (hindi +english ) 43+39 in my best 4 calculation for b com program. ?

Dear Naveen,
You can never get a correct result after adding elective subject in your case if it is Hindi as the result will be incorrect if you want to get the correct you have to add subjects other than elective paper.

For the better interface , my score in 12th this year from bihar board is :- Accountancy – 93 Bst – 87English –84 Eco. – 68 Hindi + eng – 43+39 What would my best 4 calculation ?

AccountancyBstEngEcoare your 4 best subject excluding the hindi+english. You have to calculate only the above 4 subject marks to get the result.
Though eng+hindi consist of one paper of 100 marks , don't think I ''ve 6 subjects .
