Congrats as you got really good result but A s delhi university cutoff goes about 90% for most of the colleges, you still have almost negligible chances to get admission in DU at this percentage even with defence quota.

Cutoff changes every year and it depends on the results of class 12th. But to be on safer side you should score around 95% and more and at least above 90% but not less than that.
So, aim for 95% to be on safer side.

DU doesn't accept caste certificates issued by state governments. You need to submit an NCL OBC certificate which is issued by the central government.
