Admission is on basis of Class12th aggregate marks for colleges into Science stream like Bsc. Studnets nees to submitting applications form and then after class12th results counselling is conducted.

Yes, you can take admission next year in du by cancelling current admission. And next year admission in new course will be counted fresh admission and you will have to start from first year.
