Yes, there is an entrance exam conducted for M.Sc./M.Tech admissions in IARI Pusa. The entrance exam is conducted by ICAR. the application for the same opens in April every year.

Semester exam will begin from last week of november. You can study from now, revise the concepts which is being taught in class.
There are 4 subjects in this course. You can check syllabus of course from DU website.

For this yoi will have to withdraw your admission and make it cancel. And then you will have to collect your orignal document from college. After that you can take admission in another college. All colleges under university of delhi are good, but right now i don't think
