You have to go though whole process of admission.You have to fill the application form and fhen you might have to give entrance exam and firstly you will have to wait for the dates.

Yes you can withdrawn your colleges fron 10th cutoff list. 

Total 12 rkund sof cutoff to be expected to be released.

If you have passed class 12 or equivalent exam with at least 50% ( NLU Delhi Admission Notice January 2018 ) marks then you are eligible for AILET.

I am afraid to say that at this point of time its quite difficult to get admission in DU. Because It has released the DU 9th cutoff list 2018 on August 20, 2018 & Registration was over a long time ago.
