181 is a good score, although the chances of getting admission in the preferred college seems less for a student of General category.

The cut offs are generally very low but for securing a seat in the desired college, one has to score high enough.

The delhi university application is activated for payment once the application status changes to 'approved by principal'. And admission is confirmed only after the payment is done.

Therefore your admission is not yet confirmed. The process might take a day or two. So wait for the application status
