U should complete your diploma in which you are done polytechnic.
It depends on graduation you choose you can also choose bsc as polytechnic is mainly requires science stream.

There is no such entrance for B.Sc admission in DU as the seats are filled on the basis of 12th percenage so there is no previous year papers avaialble for the same.
