The registration for JEE Advanced 2018 is now closed. It could have been done till 10 am on May 8. So, you can not register for JEE Advanced now. Secondly, as per your category, if you meet the cutoff of JEE Main for JEE Advanced, and if you are in the qualified list of JEE Main for JEE Advanced, you are eligible. Also, once you go to the registration portal of JEE Advanced and register, it gives you the status whether you are eligible or not.
But now, since the date is over, you need to look for other options.
