Dear Hirendra,
In Delhi University there is no Btech course.
There are only B.Sc , B.A and B.com courses.
So for Btech you can go for IIT's ,NIT's and IPU.

Hi Shruti, for Bsc (hon) or Bsc (prog) courses in du, the cut off takes place, which is done after the results of class 12th are out and on the note of class 12th's topper the cut off is taken out. For general category, one's aggregate of PCM/PCB should 85+
