Your percentage in 12th is too low to get admission into any college in Delhi University.

You can try for some other state universities.

U can get college but after 2 and cutoff bcz cutoffs are really high ,ur chances of getting admission is high in 3 cutoff

The first cut off of DU 2017 which was to be announced by the University of Delhi and its constituent colleges on June 20 has been re-scheduled for June 23, 2017.

You will require 12th certificate for verification but incase your results are awaited then you can submit a provisional certificate from your school for the admissions.
