Which is better b.com(h) from du in 93% or BBA from ip. Plus i have no interest in finance or taxation.

In Bcom you can study related to finance and some portion can be expected in BBA as well.
Out of both keeping your interest in mind, you can choose BBA in IP than Bcom in DU.
Recognition wise DU Bcom is good than IPU Bcom.
