In Bcom you can study related to finance and some portion can be expected in BBA as well.
Out of both keeping your interest in mind, you can choose BBA in IP than Bcom in DU.
Recognition wise DU Bcom is good than IPU Bcom.

Now you can decide accordingly.

You should go for professional degree as a Plan B for your career because if you are not able to crack the Civil examination then you can start your career from the degree.
