JNU, Delhi doesn't offer MSc Botany, it offers MSc in Life Science which if you're interested in can get the sample papers by visiting the following link-

No you cannot include two language subjects in best 4 criteria as the rule of University of Delhi says that you should include one language and other three academic subjects. So you won't be considered eligible for getting admission on including two language subjects.
