Here are the eligibility criteria for B.Com (//B.Com) hons. in DU which species that:
An aggregate of 45% marks in the qualifying examination. The applicant must have studied and passed Mathematics/Business Mathematics at the qualifying examination for admission to B. Com. (Hons.).
Therefore for B.com Hons. Mathematics is required but for B.com the eligibility criteria is:
An aggregate of 40% or more in English/Hindi and combination of best three among the following subjects: Mathematics, Accountancy, Economics and Business Studies/ Commerce. I
Which does not specify Mathematics to be necessary therefore you can do B.com In DU without Mathematics.

Dear aspirant,
Yes mathematics is needed for evening for bcom honours however it is not needed if you are going for general BCom. Moreover a minimum of 60 percentage required in your 12th as a combination of one language subject and three main subjects for example English accountancy economics and business studies.
