Hi aspirant, If you are going for BSc CS in Delhi University then you should have an aggregate of 60% or more marks in english, Mathematics,  and best of two from physics , chemistry , computer Science/ Informatic practices .

If you dont get Mualana Azad Medical College through AIQ then you have a very good chance of getting it through Delhi University Internal Qouta. You havn't mentionaed your category in the question hence i am enlisting the last ranks of each category to be admitted in MAMC

There are total 100 seats available in various participating college's for Delhi University's B.Ed. with reservation for 27% OBC, 15%SC, 7%ST, 3%PWD.

There is no B.Ed Courses available from JNU or in Ambedkar University. 

IPU and Jamia Millia do offer B.Ed for regular students.
