You may include Bengali as one of your elective subject in calculation of best four percentage. There will be no deduction in your best four for including bengali subject.

you can apply but you will not get admission. don't expect anything in du less tha 60% even for reserved category.

you may get admission in courses like sanskrit/urdu hons.
