As the dates for registration has extended now till 22nd June, DU is likely to release their cutoffs by the end of June now. Since no dates have came soo far their is no confirmation. You can wait for the announcement, DU will soon release the cutoff now.

The admission procedure is simple based on merit. Check the Undergraduate Information Bulletin 2019 for details such as Best Four calculation and the colleges offering the course.

most of the BSC and BA courses in delhi university are through merit based admission like physics,chemistry, maths, statistics, computer science, biology, political science, economics, psychology, sociology, geography etc

There's no Entrance exam in du for bcom programme . The admission is solely done on merit bases. Entrance exam in du is conducted for Courses like Bachelor of Management Studies, Bachelor of Business Administration - FIA ,B.A. (Hons) - Business Economics, B. Tech. - (IT&M) B.A. (Hons)
You can't cancel your DU application but you can do correction or update your application in selected fields. DU will charge you additional 100 inr for any correction in DU Application.
