Yes there's is an exam conducted by the College of Art for admission in BFA under University of delhi. The college is under the faculty of music and fine art for academic matter and is wholly administered by the govt. of  NCT of Delhi.

For bsc physics PCM marks will be calculated so you got 89.66 % in these 3 subjects.
You might get shivaji, raajdhani, swami shrradhanand college.
You may once go through the previous year cut offs.
This will give you better idea about idea and make you satisfied too.

You don't have  to give any entrance for this courses.
You get admission on merit bases.
On regular bases, attentance issue will cause a problem for you.
So du sol forms are out you can go for it.

DTU and DU are two different universities.
DTU is an Engineering college, whereas Delhi University offers Programs and Hons. Courses in all fields.
If you wish to take an admission in Fine Arts, I'd suggest you to go for DU BFA, or consider IPU (VIPS).

Have you mentioned that you belong to EwS in the registration form?

If not, then you can not attach it afterwards while taking admission. You have to take admission through the unreserved category. You can try, by registering again on the Dlhi University portal and selecting the category
