Hello Ekta, No, You can't get admission in DU in Bsc nursing. There's no college under DU which provides BSc nursing course. Some of the colleges do provide BSc courses in anthropology, geology and life sciences but none of them offer any nursing course.

I think you are asking about the percentage criteria followed in the cutoff lists of different colleges. If I'm right then here is your answer.
The percentage given in the cutoff lists of different colleges of DU is the aggregate of the best of 4 subjects of your class 12th
