Btech IIIT is better than Mtech 5 years.Studying in IIIT is always better than studying in other universities.Normal graduation is sometimes better than Integrated courses.Placements are better in IIIT and also by renowned companies like Wipro,Capegmini,IBM etc.The average salary is 7 LPA.

The registrations for University of Hyderabad 2021 entrance examination for admission to 5 year integrated courses and post graduate courses are not yet started for the academic year 2021-22. The application process was supposed to start in the first week of April, 2021 but it is being delayed. You
