see university of hyderabad offers 2 years m.sc program on microbiology or phd course of biotechnology. candidates must have to full fill the eligibility criteria prescribed in official brochure. however from the end of the university there is no specific syllabus released for entrance test. however you may follow the below link to go through the previous years papers, by analyzing the previous year entrance test paper you would get some idea of syllabus:

M.Sc. Molecular Microbiology entrance examination question paper consists of 100 objective type questions of B.Sc. standard and all are to be answered. Broadly, which includes 25 questions each in Botany, Zoology, Biochemistry/Chemistry, and Genetics/Microbiology. Negative marking (0.33 marks for every wrong answer) is applicable for wrong answers.
PhD Biotechnology entrance examination of (70 marks) will followed by an interview (30 marks). The question paper for the entrance examination will consist of 70 multiple choice questions. Question paper consist part A and B each carrying 35 questions. Part A is to test the knowledge of pertaining Research methodology includes Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, General Biology and quantitative aptitude.
Part B is to test specific knowledge of cutting-edge areas of Modern Biology and Biotechnology at Master’s degree level standards.

That is a very good score, first of all congrats! applications for CUCET 2021 will be released on the month of April 2021 and last date will be end of April 2021. Examinations will be conducted on third week of May 2021. Hyderabadh Universty is a very reputed college for which you have to qualify the entrance exam conducted by the university. overall, both the campus is good. the faculty and facilities are good in both campus. In case of placement NITK show good result than hyderbad university. But does not mean that hyderbad university doesnot have good placement. The hyderbad university also provide good placement. but when we compare the average package the NITKS lead the hyderbad university from past few years.

The eligibility criteria for the integrated course is candidates must have passed class 12th boards examination, as well as candidates should be in top 20 percentile in their respective boards.
You have to register at the official website and need to give entrance examinations conducted by University itself.

I would suggest you to cover short syllabus but with full pratcise and make concepts on tips . Dont forget you have to fight for 38 seats of uoh with thousands of students so work hard. You have not specified which M.A course you wan to do the University of Hyderabad provides 25 M.A courses. But to be eligible for the courses there are specific subjects that one must have completed in the B.Tech like for M.A in Economics candidate needs Bachelor’s degree in Economics with at least 50% marks in aggregate and at least 50% marks in Economics; OR Bachelor's degree with at least 60% marks in any of the allied subjects, viz., Commerce, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or any of the Social Sciences subjects. In order to be eligible to opt for graduation in biotechnology engineering you need have passed your 10+2 from a recognised board with science as your mandatory subject. You need to have Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Mathematics as your mandatory subjects in 12th.

Hyderabad University is tentatively scheduled to release application form for University of Hyderabad 2021 admission online in the first week of April. The application window will remain open until the last week of June on the university’s official website: uohyd.ac.in. The exact date for the release of the application form is not declared but it is expected to be released in the first week of April. Keep an eye on the official website for the latest information.
