Shudhanshu Gupta Student Expert 25th May, 2020
Hello.
In order take admission in Mysore school of Architecture in Mysore University a candidate need to be first eligible for counselling for that you need to  have at least 50% marks in the qualifying examination and there is relaxation of 5% for backward class candidate, overall to be eligible for counselling a candidate need to have at least 70 marks out of 200, now if you are expecting your admission then totally your marks that you need to score depends upon your class 12th percentage, if your percentage is not good that means you need to score maximum in NATA, if your percentage in 12th is good that means average marks in NATA would work.
Best of luck.

Im A BSc Geography student and want to persue MSc Applied Geology in Central University of Karnataka.which offers it BSc Geography students but will I be able to sit for UPSC Geo Scientists exam aftervit? and even if im able to sit in it and crack written exam will I scrapped i interview?

pdwords Student Expert 24th May, 2020

Hello,

When it comes to the eligibility criteria for UPSC Geologist Exam, candidates needs to have passed Master's Degree in Geological Science or Geology or Applied Geology or Geo-Exploration or Mineral Exploration or Engineering Geology or Marine Geology or Earth Science and Resources Management or Oceanography and Coastal Areas Studies or Petroleum Geosciences or Petroleum 6 Exploration or Geochemistry or Geological Technology or Geophysical Technology from a recognized university.

Central University of Karnataka may be relatively new but it's an emerging university considering its repute of being a central institution. Now, coming to your question, as you fulfill the criteria of passing MSc Applied Geology from a recognized university, so you can definitely appear for this exam, nowhere in the official notification has it been determined about any rules considering subjects specific in graduation stream, also all the subjects mentioned regarding eligibility criteria are inter-related, moreover even your graduation subject geography is an allied subject of geology and talking about qualifying examination it will entirely depend on your preparation and the same goes for personality test as well.

sathwika 19th May, 2020

Hello Aspirant,

Only some of the top amd prestigious colleges or universities will have seperate entrance examination only specifically for that universites only like manipal, srm and certain named universities as they are deemed to be the university and they are naac aggregated and tgey are autonomous and only this type ofcolleges can conduct seperate entrance exams of that college and another colleges will not have seperate entrance examinations as government of state or central take part in conducting the examinations and they include private and government colleges in this so to take admission in any of the college entrance exam is being mandatory and i think my suggestions and knowledge may be helpful to you .
