Thank you for your query. The admission for BA Political Science from University of North Bengal starts from 21 August to 3 September,2020. The main eligibility for admission into BA Political Science is passing marks in 12th from a recognized board of study and a passing marks in the entrance test organized by the University. The fee of the course is around 4,000-5,000 INR Per year.

PU also provides Ba, BA hons, BPES,MA, MSc, PhD, PG diploma, Diploma and certification course.

A lot of universities has the policies if you paid the fee for four years, In lot of cases they may not refund your fees, The students not to go to the university, They may not get the fee back. Having said that it depends on the reason why student is not going to attend the university if possible they may have the fee back. It’s worth having the conversation with the university because the universities in Canada, Australia, US are different in scenario, decision but in this time, no more situation & chances are unfortunately that fee will not be refundable so that is something keep in mind if fee is paid for three years or four years may not get refund. You may ask to have the conversation because it may be the options in policies.

Bihar Board of Open School Education is a recognised Board of the State Government of Bihar. So if you completed your 12th from BBOSE, it is valid across India. It is also valid in any University of Uttar Pradesh. Each State Government has a list of Boards that it recognises and Open School Boards of other States are recognised. UP Universities recognise Bihar Open School Board and so if you want to study BBA with your 12th from BBOSE, you can.
