hi,
to get admission in any of the colleges of mumbai for ug course admission, you need to first register in the mumbai university official website. however if it is mention that in declaration you have signed the document, then if you have submitted it with out signing , there is chances of your application may cancelled, because incomplete application form might cancel. so I suggest you to contact with the exam control authority, if there is no response then it would be best if you again apply freshly.
