Hi Aspirant,
Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you no you can't take admissions in B.SC I.T in O.B.C category or any other category as you have not cleared class 12th till now and for admissions in graduation you need to clear class 12th and you should also have school passing certificate with you.
Hope you found this answer useful.Stay motivated stay positive.
All the best!
Basically, it relies on your qualifications since they differ depending on whether you apply on the base of the graduation or your 12th class. The Qualifications will be somewhat altered, but not much.
You can complete an LLB following your 12th grade as well as after your graduation degree, with the exception that the course time will alter.
If you start LLB after 12th grade, the course will take 5 years to complete, and if you start after graduation, the course would take 3 years to complete.
Also on basis of 12th class, the candidate must have passed the 12th hsc exam from a recognised board with a minimum of 50% marks and be under the age of 20 years.
If you wish to apply for the test based on your graduation, the course time will be reduced to three years, and you must also have a graduation degree from a recognised university. In order to graduate, you must have a grade point average of at least 45 percent.
For graduate level entrance into the llb programme, the candidate's age should not exceed 30 years.
Hope it helped

Please be little specific about which application form you are taking about?
It would be easy to answer your query, if you have specified the name of the application form.
Generally, filling an another form in case of corrections will leads to the rejection of both the application forms. In case of JEE mains and NEET, definitely it leads to rejection.
Feel free to comment, the query is related which application form. So that, we will provide you the further details.
Best of luck!
Generally when it is not mentioned the print out of Online application form is not mandatory only if you have the soft copy with you. But there is one suggestion just to avoid any kind of inconvenience keep a print out of the application form to submit when asked by the authority. If can't then also positively keep a soft copy of that. However all the marksheets and other documents should be available in hard copy either attested by gazetted officer or duly self attested by yourself following the instructions of concerning authority.
