my expected marks in neet 2021 is 600 ,can i get mbbs government medical college, my category is ews and i lives in up.

Shivam Kumar 28th Sep, 2021

Dear aspirant

The chances of getting a government medical college in Uttar Pradesh is less so I have listed the medical colleges of other states.

Based on your rank and as per the previous year cutoff trends, you have the chances to get the following institutes :

  • Anugrah Narayan Magadh Medical College, Gaya - 591 marks
  • Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Bhagalpur - 594 marks
  • Goverment Medical College, Bettiah - 590 marks
  • Sri Krishna Medical College, Muzaffarpur - 594 marks
  • Pt. J N M Medical College, Raipur - 598 marks
  • Chhattisgarh Institute of Medical Sciences, Bilaspur - 590 marks
  • Government Medical College, Rajnandgaon - 587 marks
  • Atal Bihari Vajpayee Government Medical College, Vidisha - 594 marks
  • Government Medical College Shahdol - 591 marks

It may vary every year as it depends on several dynamic factors like level of question paper, total no of seats available, number of candidates, etc.

You can also use our predictor tool to get the complete list of the colleges you may get depending upon your rank :

I got 83.30 percentile in jee mains February 2021 attempt. I belong to OBC-NCL categeory and my home state is UP. Can I get any govt. collage?

Swarnendu Bhattacharya 19th Aug, 2021
Hi
Even though it is very hard to predict the actual jee mains rank from your percentile as it changes every year based on different factors like how many candidates appeared on your session and also how tough the paper was along with how many seats are available in different universities. Performance of the students. Based on your percentile your predicted rank should be around  78k to 1.67 lakhs

Based on your rank the government/ public colleges which you my get are
Chandigarh college of engineering and technology
Netaji subhas university of Technology
Indira gandhi delhi technical university for women
IK gujral punjab technical university
Department of Technology, shivaji University

I am doing regular schooling and some of my friends are doing dummy schooling they get ample of time to do their hw,books, revision..even after trying my best I am unable to cope up with school and JEE coaching..please suggest some tips by which i can give competition to them (JEE 2023,class 11th)

Khushi Goyal 18th Aug, 2021

Dear Student,

I agree that it is tough to balance school and coaching together, but it is not impossible. You just have to develop your interest in studies and your dedication towards cracking JEE mains and advanced to secure a good future for you in IITs, NITs or IIITs.

Also, the most important thing to always keep in mind is that don't overstress yourself. If you take some rest after an study period, then take full stress and don't just think about your syllabus or preparation, just remember that you have your break time to enjoy or reward yourself for studying with utmost concentration during your study hour. This way you will be more productive and will do better than your friends.

Now coming to manage coaching and school, frankly speaking, in 11th you have the best time to lay stress and give time to your coaching because indirectly your JEE preparation will help you in gaining good marks in 11th and as your next year i.e. 12th will have board exams, so there you need to focus more on your boards and a little bit less on coaching. Don't forget to solve at least 10 to 20 of each subject (PCM), even during your 12th.

Tips :-

  • Make your timetable and include both school and coaching into it with your self study time too.
  • Keep your syllabus and previous year papers handy with you.
  • Understand the exam pattern of JEE Main
  • Know what books to refer for each subject
  • Practice till you are perfect using mock tests and previous year papers

Happy Learning!

Im not strong in physics and chemistry, so if I take ECE will I be able to get a good job? or will the 4 yrs make me feel like giving up?

Manidipa Kundu Student Expert 18th Aug, 2021

hi,

see electronics and communication is physics oriented course, it needs good understanding of modern physics, mathematics of 12th standard as well.

however since in India there is shortage of course engineering job, if you are good at programming or web development like software programming course, you may get a job as software engineering.

basically the students who are good at mathematics and have moderate understanding of physics may choose IT or CSE over core engineering like EE,EEE., ME, ECE ETC,

hope it help.
