Yes dear, Mop up round getting seats for candidates. Those candidates can't get any seat through three rounds of counselling then mop up round organised. Because some colleges have seat they are participating this counselling and you have to go for this. It's kind of first come first serve

BEd is a teaching training program which includes both theory and practical facets to it. In distance mode only theory can be covered properly the practical training is questionable. Most important aspect of teacher training is left out there.
