There is no distinction of EWS certificate in case of states or central. So your EWS certificate is valid in BHU.

To get a EWS certificate you will have to visit the municipal office.

It is better to get checked up and recieve your PWD Certificate before NEET. A PWD certificate is helpful in reservation during counselling and reaching the cutoffs.

The EWS category certificate it's mandatory for counselling document varification and your college authority. Bed EWS category certificate only get those students who's parents income less than 8 lakh per annum. So they are under EWS category , and the most beneficial effect of it you can get fees deduction from your college.

If you have your EWS certificate in Hindi it's okay, there are no problem it it .but for satisfaction you can get it in English format because it's a common language for communicate and understand in any other state person. Anyhow you can go in your Hindi EWS certificate also it's not an issue.

If you have central OBC certificate of UP and you have domicile certificate of delhi . Yes you can take admission in DTU as you have the central certificate of your category. In central certificates you can take admission in any state colleges you want to take admission. Yes you can take admission in Delhi Technical University (DTU). Your OBC certificate is central level certificate which you can give in any state universities so it doesn't matter which state you have made your certificate.

The admission in every state colleges depend upon few factors through which the process take place, and the seats of colleges in a particular state is divided in to two quota ie, 1. Home state quota and 2. Other state quota now talking about the percent of Home state quota is 85% which can be avail by the students of that particular state and left 15% is Other state quota which can be avail by the students form outside of that state. So if you wan’t to be in 85% quota you should have a Domicile certificate of that state which will be your proof, hence without this document you can’t be in that particular category.

The eligibility criteria for UGC NET in yoga is as follows:

• At least 55% marks should be secured by candidates belonging to the General category in their Master Degree or equivalent Examination from a university recognized by UGC.
• Reserved categories: Candidates belonging to the OBC/SC/ST/PwD categories should have completed their Master’s degree or equivalent program with at least 50% of marks to be eligible for UGC NET.
• Age of the candidate must not be above 28 years, which means your birth year should be 1993 or after that.

If you have completed your masters in 2006, then you do not match the age criteria. I am sorry to inform you but you are not eligible for UGC NET in yoga.
