Now to get the idea of percentile requirement for CSE in NIT Allahabad for a homestate SC female candidate, let us first see the cutoff of previous years for a SC female student.

Year Closing Rank (SC rank)

2020                 1526

2019                 2045

2018                 1439

Now as you can see that Computer Science of NIT Allahabad get full by 1500 SC rank and for 1500 rank the general rank will be somewhere below 40000. And for below 40,000 rank you need to get 96.2 + percentile.

JSS Noida is the top private institute in Uttar Pradesh affiliated by AKTU, Lucknow. Mostly admissions are done in this college from counselling, only 15% seats they leave for the management quota students.

If you want to take admission through management quota then they will ask you money in the name of donation and money might be higher for the CSE seat. Better if you participate in UP JEE counselling process to get the preferred seat in JSS Noida, rest is JSS is the top engineering college.

The location of college should not matter if you wish to pursue education of the best quality. As per my opinion you should go with Vellore institute of technology if you get your desired seat under first or second category. Shiv Nadar University has shown some amazing performance in academics and placements in recent years but is still growing. The faculties at both the institutions are highly trained and qualified but you get better teacher to student ratio at SNU as VIT is highly populated.

Note - You should prefer SNU in case seat allotment in VIT is at higher category as it will provide a better return of investments.
