Hello Aspirant,

There is no distinction of EWS certificate in case of states or central. So your EWS certificate is valid in BHU.

To get a EWS certificate you will have to visit the municipal office.

It is better to get checked up and recieve your PWD Certificate before NEET. A PWD certificate is helpful in reservation during counselling and reaching the cutoffs.

The EWS category certificate it's mandatory for counselling document varification and your college authority. Bed EWS category certificate only get those students who's parents income less than 8 lakh per annum. So they are under EWS category , and the most beneficial effect of it you can get fees

If you have central OBC certificate of UP and you have domicile certificate of delhi . Yes you can take admission in DTU as you have the central certificate of your category. In central certificates you can take admission in any state colleges you want to take admission.

Yes you can take admission in Delhi Technical University (DTU). Your OBC certificate is central level certificate which you can give in any state universities so it doesn't matter which state you have made your certificate.
