For class 12 form for examination will be available at your respective schools. You can ask the concerned authorities to let you know all the details. The schools will submit all the details to the CBSE boards and complete all the formalities.
But if you are a private candidates you can fill the form from the official site. But in this dates all already gone.Candidates or parents need to submit the online application form to appear for the examination. The CBSE private candidate application form will be available on the official website of CBSE.
