With 610 marks in NEET 2020, your rank must be around 15000. Last year the cut off for government medical colleges under 85% State Quota in Uttar Pradesh was a rank of 14621. So based on this, you have little to no chances of getting a government medical college

State rank is the rank which is calculated on the basis of candidates appeared from a particular state. State rank is released by State Counselling authorities. State authorities ask for state counselling registration where candidates apply and based on their merit obtained in the examination, the state authorities release merit
