EWS is a  nationally certified document, acclaimed to be used in reference to the  recruitment in government posts and admission in colleges; with 10% reservation for people not belonging  to other categories like SC,ST,OBC etc.

To be eligible for OBC reservation at All India Counselling, the Community you belong to should also be listed in Central OBC list. You can check that at: http://ncbc.nic.in/User_Panel/CentralListStateView.aspx . If it is not listed under the Central OBC list, you might not be qualified for OBC reservation.
