Hello aspirant,
I hope that you are doing absolutely great.
With reference to your above mentioned query, i would like to tell you that it's quite difficult for someone to get government engineering colleges in U.P with only 90 marks in JEE mains. The cutoff for government engineering colleges are quite higher and it varies from colleges to colleges and is different for different category students.
The JEE mains cutoff varies every year and depends on several factors like : Difficulty level of the paper, previous year exam trends, etc.
However, For General EWS category students, and to get government engineering colleges in UP, you need to score a minimum marks of around 170+ in JEE mains to be on the safer side and to get admission ion government colleges in UP.
Further, you can check the below mentioned link to know more about the JEE mains previous year cutoff trends :
https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-cutoff
Also, you cna check the JEE mains college predictor tool to know more about your admission chances in other colleges based on the rank and marks in JEE mains :

Dear aspirant,
As you have already joined engineering as you have got seat in mop up round but now you want to cancel the seat so let me tell you that the seat acceptance fee that you have paid , there will be a certain deduction in the amount and after this deduction your money will be refunded in your bank account.
Hello candidate,
First of all, you need to know the meaning of migration certificate. The Migration Certificate means a certificate issued by the Central Board of Secondary Education at the request of a candidate passing out from Secondary/Senior School Certificate Examination of the Board for seeking admission to the examinations of another Board/University. But, a candidate who is registered himself for the neet examination does not need migration certificate to be uploaded during the time of registration.
Hope you found it helpful!

Hello Aspirant,
After joining the seat allotted in round 1 you cannot appear for further rounds of NEET UG counselling.
See if you have been allotted a seat in round 1st of NEET UG counselling then you will have two options, either you join that seat or apply for an upgradation in round 2. If you get an upgraded seat in round 2nd then the seat allotted to you in round 1st will automatically be cancelled and in case if you do not get an upgraded seat then you can get back the seat allotted to you in round 1st of counselling.
