It is shown on dashboard when you are logging out of the provided site

Candidates who register online for UP NEET counselling must attend document verification the next day after the day he/she registered for the counselling. It means that if you have registered today then you can attend the document verification tomorrow. If you register tomorrow you can attend DV on November 7, 2020. You can find this number on the Top right corner of the Certificate, actually you need to provide your OBC NCL Certificate number so Authorities can verify your OBC NCL Status, you can verify your Certificate too by visiting on: edistrict.up.gov.in

I would suggest you to visit on above website and if you are still confused regarding your OBC NCL Certificate issued number then observe your certificate and note down all the numbers given on that certificate and verify those numbers on the website using hit and trial method, once the certificate verified on the website, you can see all the details regarding your OBC certificate.

No, It depends on whether you got a seat or not . If you did not get the seat in any college then you will be automatically moved to second round counselling and if you got the seat and did not reported in the respective college then your amount will be seized . Else you will get the money back after all rounds of counselling

Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET), Lucknow also known as UPDGME will conduct the UP MBBS 2020 counseling. The counselling process of NEET will be conducted in a total of three rounds including a mop-up round.  DMEET has not yet declared the dates for the counselling. Keep an eye on the official website for the latest information. For now all we know is UP MBBS 2020 counseling will be held in the online mode. Hopefully the dates will be released soon by the officials.

Yes you can apply in the mop up round of All India Counselling as well as the 2nd Round of State Counselling in UP. As long as you do not get a seat in (and you take a seat) in All India Counselling you are not barred from participating in the State Counselling.
