No, to become a IAS officer your have to clear the UPSC exam which is the toughest exam in India. But yes after B.A.(Psychology) you can apply for UPSC and choose psychology as optional subject.

But to become a Psychologist you have to do M. Phil or P.hd in any

Shivam so  after going through the stated problem I would suggest that according to your scores there are many private colleges which will provide you admission in any scores but of course they will be expensive and I will not recommend spending so much money on a BA degree

Dear Padmini, IAS is an Indian Administrative Service and its a career opportunity and not a course that can be studied. Neverthless, if you are in 11th right now, next year you have to appear for JEE Mains and be eligible to secure a seat in any of the IITs.

According to the official notification of UPSC Civil Services Exam (The entrance exam for becoming an IAS Officer), candidates with graduation degree or equivalent in any disciple are eligible for appearing in Civil Services Exam.
