Here is the eligibility criteria for appearing in UPSC CSE exam :

  • You will be eligible to appear for UPSC CSE exam only if
  1. You have passed your graduation from any field and
  2. Age limit should be between 21 to 32 years

See the subject you are doing graduation on doesn't matter for UPSC. The only thing which matters regarding the selection in UPSC CSE & becoming an IAS is the preparation you have gone through. So you have to make your preparation great. Now you should choose the subject of graduation

No, you will not eligible for UPSC 2024 examination.

For general category, upper age limit is 32 years old as on 1st of August of the year of filling the form i. e means to be eligible you should not be

Now, you cannot register for UPSC 2022 .

This is because,

The last date to fill UPSC 2022 application form on its official website i. e  upsc.gov.in was 22nd february 2022 which has already passed. So, now you can't apply.
