Now coming to the question that you want to become an IAS officer and then later on you want to do your MBBS. So let me tell you that becoming IAS officer needs many eligibilities and one such of them is you have to be graduated from any recognised university.
So you firstly do your MBBS Or you so some other undergraduate courses then only you'll be able to sit in upsc exam to become an IAS officer.

Good to listen that at a very early age you are determined to become an IAS officer. So listen firstly complete your 12th with so much dedication in whichever stream you want.
After that complete your graduation in any of the streams which suits you then only you'll be able to give upsc cae exam and after qualifying you would become an IAS officer.
Now coming to the preparation part then preparing for IAS from class 10 onwards is very early. Complete your 12th then from your first year of graduation start preparing for it.

Hope you're doing good as you must be invented civil services examination is the most toughest examination which is conducted by UPSC at National level.
This exam consists of three stages:
The first stage which is civil services preliminary examination is for screening and conducted to shortlist candidates for Mains examination. It consists of two compulsory papers of 200 marks each in which candidate got 2 hours for each papers and can give the paper in bilingual language Hindi or English. Consists 2 paper the syllabus is generally from general studies like current events of national and international importance history of India India and world geography Indian Polity and governance economic and social development sustainable development general issues on environmental ecology and general science also in the general studies paper 2nd comprehension interpersonal skills including communication skills logical reasoning decision making general mental ability basic numeracy upto class 10 came and the candidate must attend 33% in the second paper.
Then the main syllabus which mostly depends upon you are optional subject which you have chosen and also some of the syllabus are are common for all the candidates for more information you can visit to UPSC CSE website where you can find all the optional subject list and much more about the syllabus.

For that you must have cleared firstly your basics strong and to make it strong you can study ncert books from class 6 to class 12 and after that you can took up some reference standard books.

I want to tell you that to become a IAS officer you have to clear civil services examination which is conducted by UPSC nationwide in India for the recruitment to higher civil services of the Government of India including the Indian Administrative Service Indian Foreign Services and also Indian police service.
The examination is of three stages- first one is preliminary examination second is mains and third is interview and the candidate who clear these three stages and got their name in the merit list are called for training and then they are gets allocated to various cadre in the government.
